Then ACORN will protest against foreclosures once these high-risk borrowers could not pay their mortgages!!! These bad loans have been called NINJA loans (No Income, No Job, No Assets) and are at the center of the economic meltdown since banks were forced by the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) & ACORN to ignore the loan verification process to determine if the borrower could repay the loan.
