GLOBAL WARMING SCIENTISTS EXPOSED? The story: A hacker or whistleblower posted online the global warming email exchanges of one of the world’s leading climate research centers. The emails suggest the global warming scientists colluded and manipulated data to push their global warming agenda. Hacked: Climate Research Unit (CRU) at University of East Anglia in Britain Hackers: Unknown if hacker, whistleblower, or carelessness at an open FTP server What was hacked/released: About 61 megabytes (MB), containing thousands of emails, hundreds of files, data, and code. Couple almost arrested for honking their car horn. After the driver honked his horn in support of the anti-ObamaCare protestors, the female police officer made a hand signal to him and rudely requested his driver licence. Then she asked the driver to step out of his car and leave the car there in the middle of Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. (photo below, yellow circle)
The police ordered the driver out of his car for honking his car horn.	The male driver and his wife trying to reason with the police.
For a moment, it seemed the officers were going to proceed with the arrest. The protesters started chanting: “Let them go! Let them go!” Some of the protesters interceded and tried to reason with the police that this was clearly an overreaction (a.k.a. abuse of power) from their part. After several tense minutes, the police decided to just take their names and address and let them go. What a double-standard! The police are more lenient with the leftists who use anarchy and nudity to protest (photos here).

The 11th hour of the 11TH DAY OF THE 11TH MONTH of 1918, World War I ended. Though the Armistice was signed at 5:00 AM, fighting continued till 11:00 AM, killing nearly 11,000 more men. In 1921, President Warren Harding had the remains of an unknown soldier killed in France buried in the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery. Inscribed on the Tomb are the words: “Here lies in honored glory an American soldier know but to God.”

Armistice Day was changed to Veterans Day in 1954 to honor all U.S. Veterans. In 1958, President Eisenhower placed soldiers in the tomb from WWII and the Korean War. The soldier from Vietnam, buried by President Reagan in 1984, was identified by DNA tests as pilot Michael Blassie and was reburied in 1998 at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri. On NOVEMBER 11, 1921, President Harding stated: “On the threshold of eternity, many a soldier, I can well believe, wondered how his ebbing blood would color the stream of human life, flowing on after his sacrifice…I can sense the prayers of our people…Let me join in that prayer. Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come…”

Blue Dog claim they have been “particularly active on fiscal issues, relentlessly pursuing a balanced budget…” proving that “common sense, conservative economics and compassion aren’t necessarily mutually exclusive.”

Blue Dogs conditions to support the health care reform:
- If it will lower costs for families and small businesses
- If it will adhere to the free market
- If it will be voluntary
- If it will be financially stable

HOW COULD BLUE DOGS VOTE FOR PELOSICARE WHEN IT:
• Will Cost $2.6 Trillion
• Has A $700 Billion Tax Hike for Individuals and Employers
• Has Plenty of New Taxes
• Leads to Federal Control Over Americans
• Will fine you thousand of dollars if you do not include proof of qualified insurance plan when you file your taxes
• Gives power to the Health Secretary to decide what a “qualified plan” covers AND how much you’ll be legally required to pay for it.
That’s like a banker telling you to sign the loan agreement now, then filling in the interest rate and repayment terms 18 months later.
• Includes $100,000 fine and/or jailtime if you don’t buy the $15,000 policy (As per U.S. Code: Title 26 Sec. 7201)
• Will create new victims: The Young
• Was born under a tyrannical environment:
e.g., the Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) refused to let House Democrats go home and listen to their constituents before voting on her health bill, no 72-hour transparency, prepared behind closed doors, etc.

- Only 14 Blue Dogs voted against Obama’s $3.5 trillion federal budget for 2010 (the biggest spending package in history). Not one House Republican voted for the bill.
- 22 Blue Dogs voted for the Obama’s cap-and-trade energy tax that passed the House. 8 House Republicans voted also in favor.
(Cap & Tax will stifle economic growth by imposing huge new costs on every business and each American household).

Cost Estimates
• Heritage: It will Cost $2.6 Trillion
• CBO: New House Health Bill Spending Estimate, $3 Trillion over 10 Years
• AP: Pelosi healthcare will cost more than $1.2 trillion

New Government Powers (WSJ) • Sec. 59b (pp. 297-299) says that when you file your taxes, you must include proof that you are in a qualified plan. If not, you will be fined thousands of dollars. Illegal immigrants are exempt from this requirement. • Sec. 224 (p. 118) provides that 18 months after the bill becomes law, the Secretary of Health and Human Services will decide what a “qualified plan” covers and how much you’ll be legally required to pay for it. That’s like a banker telling you to sign the loan agreement now, then filling in the interest rate and repayment terms 18 months later. • PENALTY: Buy a $15,000 Policy or Go to Jail: as explained by the letter from the Joint Committe on Taxation (PDF) and handwritten note (H/t: IUSB vision, Politico, Drudge 11/6/09)

U.S. CODE TITLE 26 – INTERNAL REVENUE CODE: 26 USC Sec. 7201 Attempt to evade or defeat tax Any person who willfully attempts in any manner to evade or defeat any tax imposed by this title or the payment thereof shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100,000 ($500,000 in the case of a corporation), or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both, together with the costs of prosecution. • Individual Mandate Surtax (Page 296): about 2.5% of gross income
• Medicine Cabinet Tax (Page 324) for Non-prescription medications
• Excise Tax on Medical Devices (Page 339)
• $2500 Cap on Flexible Spending Accounts (Page 325): (currently uncapped)
• 20% additional tax on Non-Qualified HSA Distributions (Page 326)
• Surtax on Individuals and Small Businesses (Page 336): This would raise the top marginal tax rate in 2011 from 39.6% under current law to 45%—a new effective top rate.
• Denial of Tax Deduction for Employer Health Plans Coordinating with Medicare Part D (Page 327):
This would further erode private sector participation in delivery of Medicare services.
• 1099-MISC forms to be issued to corporations as well as persons for trade, exchange of property or business payments (Page 344)
• Up to 8% Employer Mandate Excise Tax (Page 275)
• Delays for 9 years the Worldwide Allocation of Interest (a corporate tax relief) (Page 345)
• Increases taxes on U.S. employers with overseas operations looking to avoid double taxation of earnings (Page 346)
• Empowers the IRS to disallow a perfectly legal tax deduction (Page 349)
• Raises standards on penalties on Publicly-traded partnerships and corporations with annual gross receipts in excess of $100 million (Page 357)

• INCREASES THE COST OF HEALTH INSURANCE:
New $2 billion tax on insurance policies will be passed on to patients, changes to the Medicare.
• USES GIMMICKS TO HIDE BUDGET-BUSTING COST, PILES UP DEBT ON FUTURE GENERATIONS. Democrats have simply swept costly provisions under the rug, including the $245 billion ‘doc fix.’
• IMPOSES JOB-KILLING EMPLOYER MANDATES
According to the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s largest small business association, an employer mandate of this magnitude will disproportionately impact small businesses, triggering up to 1.6 million lost jobs. Two-thirds of those jobs would be shed by small businesses.
• FAVORS GOVERNMENT-RUN INSURANCE COMPANY
The bill provides billions in start-up funding for the government-run plan, and while it requires the plan to repay the money over time it does not require the plan to pay interest on this “loan.” This interest-free, taxpayer-subsidized loan is potentially worth millions of dollars and tilts the playing field in favor of the government-run plan.
• THREATENS CASH-STRAPPED STATES WITH UNFUNDED MANDATES by expanding Medicaid eligibility. Medicaid is financed through a federal-state partnership, but the bill dumps nearly 10% of the mandated expansion included in the bill onto the states.
• CREATES A NEW MONSTROSITY IN THE TAX CODE
Starting in 2011, Speaker Pelosi’s health care bill imposes a 5.4% tax on adjusted gross income above $500,000 for individuals ($1 million for married couples). Yet, the dollar amounts for which the tax kicks in are not indexed for inflation.
• WILL NOT REDUCE FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS
