– Mark Levin: What’s Unconstitutional in the FBI Raid of Trump’s Home.
‘The Constitutional Chaos’:
After the FBI executed an unprecedented raid on President Trump’s residence in Mar-a-Lago, Biden’s DOJ and Merrick Garland have crossed a red line. Democrats are shredding the Constitution as they ratchet up their attack on Donald Trump. As the lackeys in the Mainstream Media trumpet that “the walls are closing in” on Trump, Mark is sounding the alarm. Are the Democrats ignoring the Constitution to achieve their own political agenda? And is the damage to our Constitutional Republic irreparable?

– Obama in 2016 suggested too much government information is classified:
[F]ormer President Barack Obama, who, in April 2016, at the height of the Hillary Clinton email affair, in which the former secretary of state was accused of mishandling classified information, defended Clinton by suggesting that too much government information is classified.
“I handle a lot of classified information,” Obama said. “There’s classified, and then there’s classified. There’s stuff that is really top secret, top secret, and there’s stuff that is being presented to the president or the secretary of state that you might not want on the transom, or going out over the wire, but is basically stuff that you could get in open source.”

The warrant is unconstitutional and the Espionage Act of 1917 can’t apply. This is just the tip of Mark’s rant against the DOJ and the Mar-a-Lago raid on his appearance on tonight’s Hannity.

FBI, DOJ
– Yes, We Will Question the Integrity of Our Federal Law Enforcement Officials:
The New York Times over the weekend labored to link a nutjob who shot up an FBI office in Ohio with, you know, the “bellicose, dehumanizing, and apocalyptic” language of people like us. It’s extraordinary to hear that sort of tut-tutting from the same crowd that insisted for most of Trump’s presidency that he was a fascist and a Kremlin agent.
Former FBI official Peter Strzok [and] his team pushed to include opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign in an application for a secret surveillance warrant on former Trump adviser Carter Page. That debacle led to the nullification of two of the four warrants and a scathing inspector general’s report that “identified multiple instances” in which the factual assertions the bureau made in the application for the Page warrants “were inaccurate, incomplete, or unsupported by appropriate documentation, based upon information the FBI had in its possession at the time the application was filed.”
– New enemies list? Conservatives, Trump allies targeted by the DOJ
“Here’s a nonexhaustive list of people close to Trump or critical of the Biden administration who were targeted by the Justice Department, fueling growing suspicions that the department is not be enforcing the law impartially.”

– Jeffrey Clark
– John Eastman
– Scott Perry

– Roger Stone
– Paul Manafort
– Mike Flynn

Mike Pence confuses ‘legitimate criticism’ with ‘attacks’
– Mike Pence Is A Fool And If You Vote For Him In The Primaries You Are Too…
– Tucker responds to Mike Pence:
The Columbia Bugle tweeted the video:
Tucker Carlson Joins @IngrahamAngle
To React To Mike Pence Whining About People Criticizing The FBI
Tucker: “He should fire anyone who is telling him to go to New Hampshire and run for President and give dumb speeches about the FBI when he has no idea what he is talking about.”
– Dana Loesch also responds to Pence:
I am so damn tired of people pretending that legitimate criticism of federal abuse is universal criticism of “law and order.” That dog don’t hunt, folks.
We’re in for a stupidly annoying presidential primary cycle because all of these candidates want to lecture voters over justified outrage at egregious federal abuses as their way to set themselves apart from Trump.
Remember this from the FBI?

– ‘Corrupted to their very core’: Whistleblowers say DOJ, FBI show political bias in investigations:
[According to] whistleblower accusations [the] “Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault disregarded agency guidelines requiring substantial factual predication to trigger investigations.”
…Thibault played a pivotal role in opening an investigation into the Trump campaign using information from a “left-aligned organization” and that he whitewashed the source’s biases to coax approval for an investigation from FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Moreover, the whistleblowers further allege that Thibault worked to falsely discredit legitimate evidence against Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s son, related to his finances and business deals abroad.
