Migrants to Trump: Give us $50K each or Asylum…You have 72 Hours! (Read Their Letter)

Posted by FactReal on December 13, 2018

MIGRANTS IN TIJUANA DEMAND ENTRY OR $50,000 EACH TO GO HOME
Their ultimatum is full of contradictions:
* While they want to come into the U.S., they blame America for their countries’ problems.
* When they say U.S. interference offends them, they also ask Trump to remove their president from office.
* While they claim they believe in respectful dialogue, they give Trump 72 hours deadline to respond to their demands.
* They claim to be peaceful, but threaten the U.S. with more migrations if the U.S. doesn’t remove their military bases and companies from their territory because they offend their homeland.
* They chant communist slogans but leftist policies are destroying their countries. On video below, you see them chanting, “The people united will never be defeated.” (“El pueblo unido jamás será vencido.”)

Paraphrasing their letter: “Either pay $50,000 to each of us to go home or let us into the U.S….because we are fleeing due to the 100-year U.S. intervention in Central America…if you don’t want to be invaded by more migrants, stop intervening in our country…but we want you to remove the Honduran President from office…Ah! And your military bases and companies offend us, but we still want your U.S. dollars ($50,000 for each of us)…and we believe in respectful dialogue, but we are giving you 72 hours to respond …with all our heart…on you depends the best outcome…or else…respectfully!!”

Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico December 7, 2018

Donald Trump

President of the United States of America

Your Excellency, Mr. President

By this means may you receive a cordial greeting from all the members of the Honduran Migrants Caravan and other countries of Central America.

The purpose of this is to request you in the most respectful manner, allow us the free entry to all the members of the exodus to the United States. We are a peaceful conglomerate composed of families made up of women, children and men, most of them young men who are fleeing from poverty, insecurity and repression caused by the dictatorial government of Juan Orlando Hernández and by the economic, political and military interference that your country has been exercising for more than 100 years in our country and other Central American countries.

We remind you that if the US does not want more migrations, it must put a stop to economic, political and military intervention in our territory. Therefore, we ask you to take your 13 military bases and all their extractive companies that offend and loot our homeland.

If you do not want our entry into the United States, we ask you to take Juan Orlando Hernández and grant us an amount of US $ 50,000, so that each of us can return to our homeland.

We believe in an open and respectful dialogue, but with the desire to follow up on this request, we establish a deadline of 72 hours to receive a response, from the time it is delivered to your representative in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

Wishing with all our heart that your response will be positive, we thank you for granting us asylum to protect our safety or our life. On you depends the best outcome of this humanitarian crisis as a result of the dictatorship in Honduras.

“90,000 Aliens at our Border since Caravan Formed,” Border Commissioner (Video)

Posted by FactReal on December 4, 2018

U.S. POLITICIANS FIDDLE WHILE OUR BORDERS ARE BEING INVADED
The dire situation at our border was underlined today by U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin McAleenan while talking about the latest border breaches in Yuma and Tijuana/U.S.:

That is what we see everyday…Since that caravan formed in mid-October, we have seen 90,000 people come to our border – 85% of those crossing illegally between ports of entry – and all lured by the fact that our legal framework has huge gaps that create the opportunity to stay in the U.S. while awaiting a court hearing even if they don’t have a lawful permission or protection claim. So it is a huge challenge that we need to work with Congress to address.

Smuggler Helping Illegal Aliens over Border Wall in Yuma, AZ – 12/3/2018 (Video)

MigrantsOverFenceYumaDec2018

U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported yesterday:

Suspected Human Smuggler Observed Dropping Small Children from Border Wall
Release Date: December 3, 2018

YUMA, Ariz. – Yuma Sector camera operators observed a group of six illegal aliens, including two small children, traversing over the border wall with assistance, near the San Luis Port of Entry early Monday morning.

The children were dropped from the 18-foot wall, which was observed by a Yuma Sector camera operator.

At least one subject in Mexico was visible helping adult members of the family group over the top of the wall. The subject then dropped two young children from the top of the wall to waiting family members below. The subject retreated to Mexico and was not apprehended.

The group of six from Guatemala was a family unit, including three children: a 2-year-old, a 7-year- old, and a 10-year-old. All surrendered to U.S. Border Patrol agents who arrived on scene. One child suffered a facial injury, and was treated by agents. All were taken into custody.

Fox News added:

That section of the wall where the incident took place is part of the 27 miles that has been selected for replacement in 2019[.]

Migrants Entered U.S. Illegally Monday Night from Tijuana – 12/3/2018 (Video)

Posted by FactReal on December 4, 2018

Dozens of migrants in Tijuana breached the U.S. border fence Monday night, reported Reuters today.
Are these part of the 3,000 “caravan migrants” unaccounted for at the Tijuana/U.S. border?
MigrantsOverFence3Dec2018

CARAVAN MIGRANTS THINK THE LAWS DON’T APPLY TO THEM
The media are giving the so-called caravan migrants the excuse for breaching the U.S. border. Reporters are blaming the “slow asylum process” and not the migrants disregarding the laws. ‘Tired of waiting for asylum, migrants from caravan breach U.S. border,’ reads the headline from Reuters regarding the migrants who crossed the border illegally yesterday night.

Notes to Ponder
– Are these “caravan migrants” above the law?
– Why should they be given priority over those already in line who are doing their paperwork according the U.S. law?
– What happens to Americans when they disregard U.S. law? For example, when Americans lie to the IRS or the FBI?

REPORTS OF LATEST BORDER BREACH (DECEMBER 3, 2018)
Reuters reported today, “Tired of waiting for asylum, migrants from caravan breach U.S. border”:

TIJUANA, Mexico (Reuters) – Central American migrants stuck on the threshold of the United States in Mexico breached the border fence on Monday, risking almost certain detention by U.S. authorities but hoping the illegal entry will allow them to apply for asylum. […]

So a number opted to eschew legal procedures and attempt an illegal entry from Tijuana as dusk fell on Monday at a spot about 1,500 feet (450 meters) away from the Pacific Ocean.

In less than an hour, Reuters reporters observed roughly two dozen people climb the approximately 10-foot (3-meter) fence made of thick sheets and pillars of metal. They chose a place in a large overgrown ditch where the fence is slightly lower.

Just before dusk, three thin people squeezed through the fence on the beach and were quickly picked up by the U.S. Border Patrol, witnesses said.

But along the border inland as darkness descended, more and more migrants followed, many bringing children.

Fox News reported today, “Caravan migrants begin to breach border as frustration with slow asylum process grows”:

At least two dozen Central American migrants — who claim they’re disillusioned and frustrated with the asylum-seeking process — breached the U.S.-Mexico border Monday just before dusk by scaling a 10-foot metal fence, witnesses say.

They were observed using blankets and ropes to help climb over the structure separating California from Tijuana, where thousands of migrants have been gathering in recent days. Other migrants managed to squeeze through a section of the fence on the coastal city’s beach, according to Reuters.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin McAleenan talked to Fox News this morning:

TRICKS
Migrants’ trick:

Karen Mayeni, a 29-year-old Honduran mother with three children between six and 12 years old, told Reuters she was only observing others penetrating the border and was “waiting to see what happens.” The woman will decide her family’s next action “in a couple of days,” she said.

About 90 minutes later, however, she and her children were seen on the U.S. side of the border, Reuters reported.

The Open Border Activists Behind the Illegal Immigrant Caravans” – a great report prepared by Hayden Ludwig from Capital Research Center on October 24, 2018:

♦ Pueblo Sin Fronteras: (“People Without Borders”):

[A]t least two activists from Pueblo Sin Fronteras—Denis Omar Contreras and Rodrigo Abeja—are embedded in the caravan, according to the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, and the Mexican newspaper La Jornada. […]

On October 18, Irineo Mujica—director of Pueblo Sin Fronteras in Mexico and an American citizen—was arrested by Mexican officials for allegedly attacking immigration officials at a pro-illegal immigration protest near the Guatemala-Mexico border.

And while Pueblo Sin Fronteras organizer Alex Mensing, an American, told reporters that Mujica was not involved in the most recent caravan, Mujica was detained in April for leading a previous caravan into Mexico with the support of Pueblo Sin Fronteras.

♦ La Familia Latina Unida (“The United Latin Family”):

**FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE**
[español abajo…]

March 23, 2018
Tapachula, Mexico

To the governments of Central America, Mexico, and the United States of America,
To the media,
To human rights organizations,
To civil society,

We are a group of people from different nations, religions, genders, gender expressions, and sexual orientations migrating and seeking refuge. We seek to become one collective, supporting each other shoulder to shoulder and demonstrating that by uniting we can abolish borders.

We Central Americans have formed a caravan of many united in struggle. We leave Tapachula, Chiapas on March 25.

If all goes well we will be in Puebla, Mexico from April 5 to 9 to participate in legal preparation and workshops. From there we will hope for the blessing of solidarity from the Mexican people and human rights organizations, who we hope will join our struggle and assist us with the supplies and resources that they have available. We appreciate the support and collaboration of the people of Mexico and the United States. We hope to be an example of solidarity and struggle to the world.

We demand of our Central American countries:
-An end to political corruption
-An end to violence against women and the LGBTQIA community
-An end to failures of justice for victims of domestic violence, extortion, threats, and homophobia
-An end to corruption between gangs, the police, and governments
-An end to murder with impunity and gang recruitment of youth

We demand of Mexico and the United States:
-That they respect our rights as refugees and our right to dignified work to be able to support our families
That they open the borders to us because we are as much citizens as the people of the countries where we are and/or travel
-That deportations, which destroy families, come to an end
-No more abuses against us as migrants
-Dignity and justice
-That the US government not end TPS for those who need it
-That the US government stop massive funding for the Mexican government to detain Central American migrants and refugees and to deport them
-That these governments respect our rights under international law, including the right to free expression
-That the conventions on refugee rights not be empty rhetoric

“The border is stained red!”
“Because there they kill the working class!”
“Why do they kill us? Why do they murder us…”

“If we are the hope of Latin America?”

Sincerely,

2018 Refugee Caravan “Migrantes en la Lucha”

THIS IS IRINEO MUJICA TALKING IN TIJUANA AMONG THE “CARAVAN” (Nov. 22, 2018)
(Sorry the video is in Spanish, but here is the gist of the interview with reporters in Tijuana, Mexico.)
At 5:10 and 6:20 video marks, Irineo blames Trump for the migrant invasion. He says that Trump with his tweets incited Central Americans to come to the U.S. border.(!!?) The reporter confronts him. Irineo as any typical demagogue dances around and once cornered projects his faults onto others (i.e, Trump) or simply introduces another topic. He says the “caravan” benefited Trump in the elections. In brief, Irineo sounds like any Democrat politician here in the U.S.
