More than an hour after the noon deadline to submit all ballots (besides military and overseas ballots), the Broward County Canvassing Board continued counting ballots, in violation of state law.

After multiple objections, the lawyer representing Bill Nelson’s campaign stood up and stated that their campaign is “not objecting” to the illegal activity.
