*WARNING* DEMOCRATS MAIL FLYERS TO PROMOTE FAKE-TEA-PARTY CANDIDATE ROLY ARROJO for Florida 25th congressional district (FL-25)

DEMOCRATS USING REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY
DEMOCRATS TRYING TO FOOL VOTERS IN FLORIDA’S 25TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT
This weekend, Democrats are mailing a flyer (see images below) pretending to attack their fake-tea-party candidate, Roly Arrojo. As reported early this month, public records show Roly Arrojo is a Democrat who is pretending to be a Tea Party candidate. The real Tea Party is not a political party and does not have candidates. The real Tea Party is a movement of every-day Americans against government waste and abuse. Roly Arrojo first submitted documents to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) as a Democrat. Later he filed papers to change his party affiliation as TEA. Reports indicate that Roly Arrojo has links to Democrat candidate Joe Garcia. (Scroll down for proof)

What’s their objective?
The Democrats’ objective is to trick voters into voting for Roly Arrojo and not the Republican candidate David Rivera. Democrats want to divide the conservative votes. This only benefits the leftist Democrat candidate, Joe Garcia. Liberals know voters are angry with all the government spending and the attacks on and our liberties under the Obama administration. The flyer pretends to attack Roly Arrojo while listing items that voters want to hear, i.e., defend the Constitution, protect our liberties, cut government spending, etc. There is no record of Roly Arrojo supporting any of these issues. But there is proof that Roly Arrojo is a Democrat (scroll down). The Democrats’ previous trick was to sue to remove Republican David Rivera off the Florida ballot. Public records show the plaintiff is a big Democrat donor. These tricks from the Democrats only prove that they know that voters are rejecting their leftist agenda and their candidate Joe Garcia. Marxists only care about power and they will do A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G to keep it.

The flyer indicates it was paid by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).
Who are they?

The DCCC (commonly pronounced D-Triple-C) is the Democrat Party’s main fundraising committee dedicated to electing Democrat candidates to the U.S. House of Representatives. Their top contributor is ultra-leftist Democrat Nancy Pelosi! Who else is behind this group, check the public records here and here.

Here is a reprint of my Oct. 6th report proving Roly Arrojo is a Democrat and not a Tea Party candidate:
ROLY ARROJO IS A DEMOCRAT AND A FAKE TEA-PARTY CANDIDATE
Here are the public campaign records proving that Roly Arrojo is a Democrat, but he wants voters to think he is representing the Tea-Party-Movement. Informed voters know that the “Tea Party” is not a political party, but a movement or loosely affiliated smaller local groups composed by every-day Americans who care about the U.S. Constitution and oppose government waste and abuse. The name “Tea Party” alludes to the historical Boston Tea Party of 1773 when Americans protested the British monarchy and their taxation.

Besides the two leading candidates for Florida’s 25th congressional district Republican David Rivera and Democrat Joe Garcia, there is a third candidate – Roly Arrojo (a.k.a. Jose Rolanndo Arrojo) who is still a mystery. He has no campaign website and no campaign funds. He submitted documents to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) as a Democrat. Later he filed a paper indicating his party affiliation as TEA. There are also reports that Roly Arrojo has links to the Democrat candidate Joe Garcia.

RECORDS VIA FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION (FEC):
Go to Florida Division of Elections, then type his last name to get his public records.
JULY 2010: MR. ARROJO INDICATES HE IS A DEMOCRAT
On 7/14/2010, Roly Arrojo indicated his party affiliation as DEMOCRAT on his Statement of Candidacy submitted to the FEC: Here is that document via the FEC’s public records for ARROJO, JOSE ROLANNDO (Committee #H0FL25079):
SEPT. 2010: MR. ARROJO INDICATES HIS PARTY AFFILIATION AS ‘TEA’
On 9/7/2010, Roly Arrojo did no longer show his party affiliation as Democrat. He indicated his party affiliation as TEA on his Statement of Organization submitted to the FEC: Here is that document via the FEC’s public records for ROLY ARROJO FOR CONGRESS (Committee #C00486167):
ROLY ARROJO LINKED TO DEMOCRAT JOE GARCIA
Roly Arrojo is friend of Democrat Joe Garcia’s campaign manager (Miami Herald, PDF)
In a review of public records, The Herald found Arrojo and Jeffrey Garcia, Joe Garcia’s campaign manager, listed as managing members of Project Mercury, a Miami Beach-based real estate management and procurement company registered in Florida in 2005. Jeffrey Garcia, who is not related to his boss, resigned from Project Mercury.

Miami-Dade County records also show Garcia owned property in Miami’s Upper Eastside with Arrojo and his wife, Michelle. The trio purchased the property for $775,000 in 2005 and sold it for $256,750 in May.

Garcia said he and Arrojo know each other from their days at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and that, along with other classmates, they took part in Project Mercury to invest in real estate — a costly venture that did not end well. […]

“Jeffrey is a friend and we were part of an investment that went sour when the housing market crashed,” Arrojo wrote. “We have been trying for sometime to terminate and close out that deal.”

ROLY ARROJO IS NOT BEHAVING LIKE A CANDIDATE:
No website. No campaigning. (Miami Herald, PDF)
He has no campaign website yet. […]

He has not done much campaigning, Arrojo said, because he has been traveling. “I hope to have a website soon and will reach out to voters in the coming months,” he wrote.

Roly Arrojo is not complying with campaign paperwork: (Miami Herald, PDF)
“…Arrojo has not submitted periodic campaign finance reports, as required when a candidate spends more than $5,000. [A Republican state committeewoman] said she feared Democrats recruited Arrojo to run in the race. “That’s the way it looks,” she said. […]

Though Arrojo has not submitted any campaign finance reports, state elections records show he paid the $10,440 candidate qualifying fee. He has also not filed financial disclosures with the House, which can fine candidates $200 if they send in the paperwork — due last May 15 — more than 30 days late.

No campaign financing records
OpenSecrets, which tracks money in politics, has no record for Roly Arrojo.
Federal Election Commission shows zero donations to Arrojo’s campaign.
TEA PARTY GROUPS CALL ARROJO A FAKE:
