Obama’s War on Babies: Obama Argued against Babies who Survive Abortions (Audio)

OBAMA’S WAR AGAINST BABIES AND WOMEN As an Illinois state senator in 2002, Obama argued “against legislation protecting infants who had survived an attempted late-term abortions. Obama’s argument against the bill is that he trusted an abortion doctor, who had just failed to kill a child in utero, to provide medical care to that child if it survived the abortion attempt.” Obama was more concerned about the abortionist than the baby or the mother. Obama coldly said about a baby being aborted: “… if that fetus or child – however way you want to describe it – is now outside the mother’s womb…but there’s, let’s say, movement or some indication that, in fact, they’re not just coming out limp and dead…” [Audio mark 3:30] AUDIO – Obama arguing against giving medical attention to babies who survived abortion: This exchange occurred at the Illinois Senate on April 4, 2002, between then-Senator Obama (who was defending the abortion doctors) and Senator O’Malley (who had introduced pieces of legislation to protect an infant who had survived an abortion outside the mother’s womb): (Transcript via Illinois Senate, pages 30-34*)

Nurse Jill Stanek explained the audio: In the audio Obama is arguing against calling for a 2nd physician if the 1st physician – the abortionist – has decided the baby s/he has just aborted alive is nonviable. Most would recognize the potential for subjective opinion in this case. The abortionist is being paid to kill the baby predelivery, and a live birth would indicate s/he botched, for one thing. For another, often these babies are being aborted because the abortionist has stated they are handicapped. A living baby could also be evidence the abortionist made a wrong diagnosis. Barack Obama, a self-professed champion of the little guy and opponent of bullies, in this case argued in favor of trusting the abortionist. And the reasons are obvious. The abortion lobby in 2008 promised to spend $30 MILLION for their candidates as well as get out the vote. In this audio Obama utters these infamous words among many: “… if that fetus or child – however way you want to describe it – is now outside the mother’s womb….” and “… but there’s, let’s say, movement or some indication that, in fact, they’re not just coming out limp and dead….” Human Events summarized Obama’s disregard for American babies: [T]o these children who had survived a botched abortion, whose hearts were beating, whose muscles were moving, whose lungs were heaving — to these specific children of God, Obama was not willing to concede any constitutional rights at all.
